Systems Coordinator
Systems Coordinator
£32,440 gross per annum, 35.5 hours per week
The role
The System Coordinator will work closely with the Systems Development Manager to support and develop the Guild’s digital systems.
The role enables staff and departments to confidently use and get the most from existing digital systems through ongoing support and training, while also coordinating the delivery of projects outlined in a digital systems improvement plan. Acting as a role model for the required standards of values, behaviour and performance, we expect Coordinators to help create an inclusive and engaging environment for all.
Working across multiple platforms, including the Guild’s core digital platform (website and CRM) and systems related to Finance, Human Resources and Student Engagement, the role will coordinate the development, testing and implementation of digital projects. These projects will improve processes, integration and efficiency, enhance user experience and engagement, and maximise the benefits of the Guild’s digital investment.
The role will also support, maintain and optimise existing systems by providing training and guidance to staff, and will ensure that digital systems and improvements strengthen the Guild’s data capability, enabling more effective collection and understanding of student engagement with services and activities.
Success in the role will require a highly student and customer focused approach together with an emphasis on teamwork. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a positive ambassador for the Guild and facilitating under-represented groups to find a comfortable place here.
