Welcome Team 2025 (Arrivals)

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour, plus holiday pay

The Guild of Students Welcome Team supports a variety of activities welcoming students to the university and their accommodation sites. The Arrivals Welcome Team welcomes students moving into university accommodation, lifts and carries their luggage into their accommodation sites and helps them settle into new surroundings primarily during Moving in Weekend and Welcome Week Activities.

Training – Thursday 18^th September

Moving in weekend – Compulsory – Saturday 20^th September with optional available shifts on Friday 19^th & Sunday 21^st September.

Welcome Week – Week commencing 23^rd September 2024 (A minimum of one 4-hour shift – multiple shift opportunities available)
