Student Staff – Advice Assistant

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour, plus holiday pay

As an Advice Assistant you will share information with students to promote awareness of Guild support services. Triage student enquiries using standard templates, providing initial advice and guidance, and signposting to appropriate services where needed.

Hours: Up to 6 hours per week.

Availability: Please note, this role starts in September 2026. The role runs throughout the next academic year.

Training: 24^th June 2026

Please note that this position is only available to students studying at the University of Birmingham who will be a registered student until at least December 2027.
