Consent Ambassador

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour, plus holiday pay

We are recruiting for Consent Ambassadors to work as part-time student staff. Supported by the Community, Advice & Support team, Ambassadors will deliver training for students around consent, being a good ‘bystander’, and challenging perceptions. Our aim is to reduce incidents of sexual harassment on and off campus and, ultimately, to implement change.

The Guild’s work around consent, which is supported by the University of Birmingham, aims to promote an environment where sexual harassment of any kind is wholly unacceptable. We want to equip students with the knowledge, ability, and confidence to report and act against all forms of sexual harassment.

You will be expected to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.

Interviews are provisionally expected to take place week commencing 16^th March 2026.
